How much is the price of the hydrocarbon cleaning machine?

The vacuum system used in vacuum drying equipment often suffers from the above-mentioned phenomenon of causing damage to the vacuum pump. Because the purpose of the vacuum drying process is to exclude water vapor. In addition, the dried materials or products are inevitably brought in a lot of dust and particulate impurities during storage and transportation before drying and during the opening of the vacuum tank itself. When the vacuum system is in the high pressure pumping stage, these impurities may be carried into the pump chamber of the vacuum pump by the turbulent flow.

In order to avoid damage to the mechanical vacuum pump due to the above reasons, in addition to requiring the vacuum system to be cleaned as much as possible during the process, a filter can be installed at the inlet of the vacuum pump to block impurities that may enter the pump chamber from the inlet. . A trapping chamber is provided at the inlet of the pump to prevent the net of the pump inlet from being damaged or other reasons for the dirt to enter the air inlet, and only to fall into the trap chamber without entering the vacuum pump. Inside the cavity.

In order to prevent dust and particulate matter in the pump oil from entering the pump chamber along with the pump oil, for some processes, a continuous pump oil filter device should be provided during the operation of the pump. Dust, impurities and contaminated oil sink into the bottom of the main tank, and then flow into the auxiliary tank through the return pipe to separate and precipitate. The emulsified oil, water, dust and impurities sink into the bottom of the auxiliary tank and are periodically discharged by the discharge valve, while the relatively clean oil Then, it is filtered by a filter disposed in the upper part of the auxiliary oil tank, and then enters the oil separation chamber through the oil inlet pipe to supply the end cover and the pump chamber.

The filter element inside the filter blocks mechanical contaminants as the oil passes, purifying the pump oil. A pressure gauge is often placed on the filter to show if the filter is clogged. When the pressure increases and the oil does not flow normally, the filter is clogged and the filter should be replaced or cleaned.

Rotary vane vacuum pumps generally check the amount of oil every week. The time interval for oil change depends on the working conditions. Generally, when the pump limit pressure rises due to poor oil lubrication, oil decomposition or too much contaminants, the oil needs to be replaced.
